Mabayui is published by Nodera LLC, in Tokyo,
Japan.
It collects no personal data. It has no network code of its own and its game engine's online
services are switched off, so nothing is sent anywhere.
What is stored
Nothing about you or about your play. Mabayui saves no settings, no scores, no progress and no
identifier; every launch starts the same way. It has no account and asks for no name, email, or
sign-in. The only files it leaves on your device are the caches iOS keeps for any app, such as
compiled graphics and the launch snapshot, and they go when the app is deleted.
Keeping and deleting
There is nothing to keep and nothing to request. Nothing reaches us, so there is nothing on our
side to erase — a request to delete your data would have nothing to act on. Deleting the app
removes everything it put on the device.
What is not collected
No analytics. No advertising and no advertising identifier. No crash or performance reporting
of its own. No location, no microphone, no camera, no contacts: the app asks the system for nothing
but the screen, touch and the audio output. The sound is made on the device; the app contains no
recordings.
One thing does not come from Mabayui: if you have turned on iOS's own Share
with App Developers setting, Apple may pass us crash logs from the apps you use, this one
included. That is Apple's mechanism and your setting — Mabayui neither collects them nor can
switch it on.
In App Store terms, this is Data Not Collected.
Beta testing
If you test Mabayui through TestFlight, Apple's TestFlight service handles your invitation and
any feedback or screenshots you choose to send. That is covered by Apple's own terms; the app
itself still collects nothing.
Links out
The app holds no links.
Children
Mabayui collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
Changes
If a future version of Mabayui ever collects anything, this page will say so before that
version ships, and the date below will change.
